For one clearly defined issue a specific phobia, or stopping smoking or vaping. Can be booked directly, no call required.

For anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, eating patterns, or addiction. Suitable for all ages and tailored to the client — adult, teenager, or child.

A personalised recording for existing clients only. No appointment needed — simply request and pay.
I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a paid session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full. This policy does not apply to the free 30-minute consultation
Root Cause, Thrive Young, and Return to You are all built on the same five-session structure and priced identically at £395. The difference between them is simply the focus of the work:
anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, eating patterns, and addictions, tailored to suit adults, teenagers, or children.
specifically for children and teenagers navigating a major transition, such as starting secondary school.
Specifically for adults moving on from a toxic or difficult relationship.
All three can be booked directly online, or you can talk it through first on a free Discovery Call if you’d prefer.
Life doesn’t always go to plan, and sometimes an issue resolves sooner than expected, or circumstances change. If you’d like to stop or change direction partway through a 5-session programme, you have two options:
your remaining sessions for a different issue of your own, or transfer/gift them to another named person.
For example: if you’ve used 3 of your 5 sessions, that’s 3 × £95 = £285.
The remaining balance of £110 would be refunded, or kept as credit — whichever you prefer.
For existing clients only, a personalised audio recording is available for £45. This isn’t a session and doesn’t need an appointment slot — simply get in touch to request one.
