EMDR Therapy

EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) is a type of psychotherapy that can enable you to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress caused by difficult or distressing life experiences.

EMDR is recommended by The National Institute for Health and Excellence as the first treatment for people suffering from PTSD and related symptoms.

EMDR therapy demonstrates that the mind can heal from psychological trauma just as the body can heal from physical trauma.

If your difficulty has an emotional root, this could be the therapy that could help you heal on a deep and lasting level so that you can get your life back on track.
