You know you’re better off without them. So why can’t you move on?
The ruminating. The obsessing. The feeling that somehow you’re the one who’s broken. This isn’t a willpower problem. It’s a subconscious programme running on a loop — and it can be rewired.
You’ve rebuilt after hard things before. You’re capable, you’re intelligent, you know your own mind. So why does this feel so different?
Because heartbreak and relationship loss aren’t just emotional — they reach into your identity. Who were you in that relationship? Who are you without it? What does it mean about you that it ended?
These questions live in the subconscious mind. And talking alone rarely reaches them
You wake up and your first thought is them. You fall asleep replaying conversations, imagining what you could have said differently.
You know you’re better off without them — but knowing that doesn’t stop the ache. Logic and your emotions are completely disconnected.
You’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way. You’re not sure who you are outside of this relationship, or the last one, or the one before.
You’ve noticed a pattern. The same type of person, the same dynamics, the same painful ending. You don’t want to do this again.
You found out they’ve moved on and it’s knocked you sideways — even though you ended it. Even though you’re relieved it’s over.
You’re tired of talking about it. You’ve been to therapy, spoken to friends, read the books. You want something to actually shift.
Your conscious mind already knows what to do. It’s your subconscious that needs updating. Hypnotherapy works at a level that traditional talking therapy often doesn’t reach. The rumination, the obsessive thoughts, the patterns of choosing the wrong people — these aren’t conscious decisions. They’re subconscious programmes, usually formed long before this relationship.
In a relaxed, focused state, we can access those programmes directly and begin to rewrite them. Not by pretending the pain didn’t happen — but by changing the meaning your mind has attached to it.
Break the obsessive thought cycle — your brain is stuck in a loop; we interrupt and rewire that pattern at source.
Rebuild your sense of self — reconnect with who you were before, and discover who you’re becoming.
Restore confidence and self-worth — deep ego-strengthening work that goes beyond affirmations.
Understand your patterns — explore the root of why you’ve attracted or accepted certain dynamics.
Create a new blueprint — leave with a clear, felt sense of what you want, and what you’ll no longer accept.
Each session builds on the last. This is a journey, not a collection of one-off appointments.
We map your relationship history, identify the patterns, and begin to understand what’s been driving them including where the belief that you’re not enough first came from, and where you first learned to tolerate poor treatment or make yourself small.
Crucially, you’ll begin to understand that this isn’t about being broken — it’s about an outdated programme that’s been running without your awareness.
We establish the foundation of trust and safety for the deeper work ahead, and use regression and parts work to reframe the experiences that created the patterns you keep repeating.
The obsessive thoughts. The replaying. The imagining. This session targets the mental loops directly using hypnotherapy to create genuine detachment not suppression, but real release.
We begin the process of unhooking your nervous system from the past.
Many people in difficult relationships gradually abandon parts of themselves — their needs, their interests, their standards.
This session is about finding you again. Using hypnotherapy, we reconnect you with your core identity, values, and the version of yourself that exists completely independently of any relationship.
Deep, powerful self-worth and confidence work. We anchor new beliefs at the subconscious level — not just intellectually, but in the body, in the felt sense of who you are.
You will leave this session knowing, at a level that goes beyond thinking, that you are enough.
Consolidation and integration. We close out the old story with ceremony and intention, and open the new one.
You’ll leave with a clear, embodied vision of the relationship you want, the standards you’ll hold, and the person you’re choosing to be going forward. This is not the end — it’s the beginning.>
You deserve someone who actually understands what you’re going through. I’ve been practising hypnotherapy for many years, working with clients across all kinds of challenges — anxiety, confidence, addiction, and the complex emotional landscape of relationships.
It has genuinely been one of the greatest privileges of my work to sit with so many people who arrived feeling stuck, low, or simply not themselves — and to watch them move forward and start feeling good about who they are again.
There is nothing I find more rewarding than seeing someone leave a session lighter than when they walked in. What I’ve learned is this: the pain you’re feeling after a difficult relationship isn’t weakness. It’s your mind and body signalling that something deeper needs attention — something that the passing of time alone won’t fix.
I created the Return to You programme because I’ve worked with so many intelligent, capable people who’ve been stuck in exactly this place — knowing they should be over it, unable to understand why they’re not. You deserve more than to simply wait it out.
I work with a small number of clients at a time to ensure each person receives my full focus and care. Sessions are available online and in person.
Most talking therapies work at the conscious level — helping you understand and process experiences intellectually. Hypnotherapy works at the subconscious level, where the emotional patterns actually live. Many clients find that this is the missing piece after years of talk therapy that helped them understand their situation, but couldn’t shift how they felt.
Absolutely not. Hypnotherapy is a deeply collaborative process. You are fully aware throughout and in complete control at all times. You cannot be made to say, do, or believe anything against your will — hypnotherapy is simply a tool for accessing a more focused, receptive state of mind.
Most clients notice a shift after the first two or three sessions. The programme is designed to build progressively — each session deepens the work of the last. By the final session, most people report feeling genuinely different, not just thinking differently.
Yes. The programme is available fully online via video call, and works just as effectively as in-person sessions. Many clients prefer the comfort of working from home.
Not at all. In fact, many clients come to this work months or even years after a relationship ended, finally ready to address the patterns that have been holding them back. There is no expiry date on doing this kind of work.
It’s time to stop surviving this and start choosing something better — for yourself.
